Announcement - Compliance Update, Spring 2007

1s Semester Nursing Students:

• Be patient! You will get your compliance information at the Orientation!

2nd to 6th Semester Nursing Students - Changes - Read Completely Through:

1. You must clear yourself through Student Health Services before coming to the School of Nursing.

2. You must have your Red ID with you.

3. If your CPR or insurance has expired or will expire before May 8th, 2007, you MUST bring the ORIGINAL and a copy of both your CPR card (both sides please!) and malpractice insurance certificate. If you have not received your malpractice insurance certificate in the mail yet, you can have the company fax a copy directly to us. The fax number is 619-594-2765. If you are all prepared, all should go smoothly and quickly!

• January 10th - January 12, 9am - 3pm, are a "free for all" in Hardy Tower Rm. 54
• January 16th, 9am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, last names that start with G - O.
• January 17th, 9am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, last names that start with A - F.
• January 18th, 9am-1:30 and 2:20-4pm, last names that start with P - Z.
• January 19th, 9am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, another "free for all"!
• January 22nd, 8am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, last names that start with P - Z.
• January 23rd, 8am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, last names that start with A - F.
• January 24th, 8am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, last names that start with G - 0.
• January 25th, 8am-1:30 and 2:30-4pm, last "free for all"!
