AFTER New Student Orientation complete the following:
Compliance Verification Slips are issued just prior to clinicals. You will be notified in class when the appropriate time comes. Do not stand in compliance lines! Those time slots are for continuing students that need their slip immediately. BUT...COMPLETE YOUR COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND BE READY!!
**NOTE** If you do not have all your compliances in order, do not come
in for your Compliance Verification Slip. You'll be wasting your time and
creating those long lines!
DO NOT LOSE YOUR COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION SLIP. DUPLICATES ARE NOT ISSUED!
