Leadership Styles and Nurse Job Satisfaction"

John won the
CHHS Dean's Award at the SDSU Research Symposium for his thesis
entitled, "The Relationship among Hardiness,
Ambiguity Tolerance, Self-Esteem, Caring
Efficacy and Organizational Commitment in
Registered Nurses Working in an Acute Care
Environment".
