Announcement - Summer 2009 Compliance Dates

Continuing Students for Summer 2009 (2nd - 6th semesters)
**IMPORTANT** PRIOR TO COMPLIANCE WEEK
Please, please hand in as much of your compliance
verification paperwork as soon as possible to
Joanne Ling in HT-54 or, if she is not there, HT-58. Do not
wait for Compliance Week..
CPR card to verify it will be valid completely through the Su09 semester (Aug. 19). If you have recently obtained a new one, please bring a copy and the original when picking up your Compliance Verification Slip. Be sure to check with Student Health Services about any requirements pertaining to your immunizations, TB, titres, physical etc. in advance.
**NOTE**
If you do not have all compliance in order, do not come in for your slip.

| May 26, Tue | 9:00-1:00 & 2:30-4:00 | open to all |
| May 27, Wed | 9:00-1:00 & 2:30-4:00 | open to all |
| May 28, Thu | 9:00-1:00 & 2:30-4:00 | open to all |
| May 29, Fri | 9:00-1:00 & 2:30-4:00 | open to all |
June 1 and on...anytime I'm available.
