Congratulations to sophomore nursing students Patrick Tuazon, Michelle Zhang, Vivian Song, and Jenny Yuan for compiling and publishing materials to help new nursing students learn the expectations of medication administration. Crucial conversations and preparation are key to student learning. Working directly with an instructor can produce anxiety and impede learning if expectations are not transparent. Students were able to observe how to incorporate previously learned knowledge to create clinical reasoning and decision-making after using Patrick, Michelle, Vivian, and Jenny’s publication.
