Willa Fields

Bio

Willa Fields served on the faculty from 2006 to 2020 and taught the undergraduate and graduate informatics courses, undergraduate leadership labs, and graduate health policy, performance improvement, and personnel courses. Her area of research focused on exploration of methods and practices to improve patient safety and the provision of patient care. Specific investigations include the effects of information technology, evidence-based practice, and evaluation of hospital performance improvement activities.
